Knowing which version of the Saily app you're running helps you confirm you're up to date and troubleshoot issues faster. This article shows you how to find your Saily app version on both iOS and Android, and explains the minimum supported version so your eSIM features work correctly.

Before you start

  • Have the Saily app installed on your device.

  • Make sure you have an internet connection to check for and download updates.

Here's what to do

Check your app version (in-app)

  1. Open the Saily app.
  2. Tap the profile/menu icon to open your account settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen, where the app version number is usually displayed.

Check your app version (iOS – App Store)

  1. Open the App Store and search for Saily.
  2. Open the app's listing.
  3. Scroll to Version History to see the latest available version and compare it to what you have installed.

Check your app version (Android – Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store and search for Saily.
  2. Open the app's listing.
