Here's what to do
Using Live Chat
Live chat is the fastest way to get help regarding Saily and is available 24/7.
Via the Support Center (Web):
- Scroll to the bottom of any Support Center article.
- Click “Chat with us”.
- You will be prompted to scan a QR code to continue to Live Chat via your mobile device.
NOTE: Tapping Chat with us on your mobile device will redirect you to the Saily application.
- Interact with the chatbot; if it cannot resolve your issue, you will be transferred to a live agent.
Via the Saily App:
- Open the Saily app and navigate to the “Help” tab.
- Tap “Chat with us”.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to start a conversation with an agent.
Sending an Email Ticket
If you prefer email or cannot access the app, you can submit a support ticket.
Via the Support Center (Web):
- Scroll to the bottom of any Support Center article.
- Click “Email us”.
- Enter your email address and describe your inquiry.
- Click “Submit”. Responses will be sent directly to your inbox.

- Try a different device. Please consider that the Saily Live Chat is available only through the Saily app, which is available on the following mobile devices.
