How to troubleshoot slow speed issues on Google Pixel

You may encounter slow network speeds while using Saily eSIM due to factors such as congestion, coverage, and others. In this article, you will learn how to troubleshoot slow network speeds on your Google Pixel device.

We will cover:

1. Enable and disable Airplane Mode
2. Reboot your Google Pixel device
3. Select the Network Operator manually

Enable and disable Airplane Mode

1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Toggle Airplane mode to turn it on.
   
   
   
   
3. Wait 15 seconds.
   
   
4. Toggle Airplane mode back to the off position.
   
   

Reboot your Google Pixel device

1. Press and hold the Power button + Volume Up button for a few seconds.
   
   
2. Tap Restart.

Select Network Operator manually

1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Tap on the installed eSIM (in this case 1Global) and check if you are using this eSIM (the bubble should be toggled to the right).
   
   
   
   
3. Toggle the Automatically select network function off.
   
   
   
   
4. Select 1Global as your network provider. If no such option exists, please contact our Customer Support Agents.
