Sending a ticket via the Saily Help Center
To send a ticket via the Saily Help Center, follow these steps:
- Go to the Saily home page.
- Click Submit a request in the top right corner.
- Fill in the form and submit your request.
Once you have clicked Submit, your request will be sent to the customer support team.
Sending a ticket via the Saily App
If you would like to submit a ticket via the Saily App instead, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Help tab in your Saily App homepage.
- Tap on Getting started with Saily.
- Select Contact support.
- Describe your issue in the provided field.
- Attach any relevant screenshots and Submit request.
Your request will be sent to the customer support team once you click Submit request.
Joining a live chat via the Saily App
To contact the customer support team via live chat, follow along to the steps below:
- Navigate to the Help tab in your Saily App homepage.
- Select Troubleshooting.
- Tap Contact support.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
After following the prompts, your chat with a live agent will begin.
