In this article, you will learn how to transfer your Saily eSIM to another device. Please note that if you've changed your eSIM default settings, you may also need to insert your PIN/PUK code to proceed.
Let’s follow the steps below to get you set up:
- Uninstall the eSIM from your current device:
- To uninstall the eSIM, go to settings:
- Select mobile service (alternatively, it may be called cellular):
- Select your eSIM (in this case, eSIM 2, business):
- Select delete eSIM:
- To uninstall the eSIM, go to settings:
- Once you have deleted the eSIM, open the Saily app.
- Select install on another device:
- Scan the QR code with your other device, and follow the on-screen instructions:
