How to troubleshoot slow speed issues on Android

Due to factors such as congestion and coverage, you may encounter slow network speeds while using Saily eSIM. In this article, you will learn how to troubleshoot slow network speeds on your Android device.

 

Enable and disable the airplane mode

  1. Go to settings:

    Highlighted Settings icon
     
  2. Select connections:

    Settings page with Connections highlighted
     
  3. Turn the flight mode on:

    Connections page with Flight mode disabled and highlighted
     
  4. Wait 15 seconds.
  5. Turn flight mode off.

 

Reboot your Android device

  1. Press and hold the power button or power button + volume up button to find the power off menu:

  2. To force a reboot, press and hold the power + volume down buttons:

Select Network Operator manually

  1. Go to settings:

    Highlighted Settings icon
     
  2. Open connections:

    Settings page with Connections highlighted
     
  3. Select mobile networks:

    Connections page with Mobile networks highlighted
     
  4. Select network operators:

    Mobile networks page with Network operators highlighted
