How to troubleshoot slow speed issues on iOS

You may encounter slow network speeds while using Saily eSIM due to factors such as congestion, coverage, and others. In this article, you will learn how to troubleshoot slow network speeds on your iOS device.

 

Enable and disable the airplane mode

  1. Go to settings:

  2. Turn the airplane mode on:

  3. Wait 15 seconds.
  4. Turn the airplane mode off.
     

Reboot your iOS device

  1. Press and hold the volume down button + side button until the power-off slider appears:

  2. Drag the slider and turn your iOS device off.
  3. Turn your device back on by holding the right side button until you see the Apple logo:

Select Network Operator manually

  1. Go to settings:

    iOS Settings icon highlighted
     
  2. Select the mobile service (on some iOS devices, it may be called cellular):

  3. Tap on the installed eSIM (in this case, mobile data):

  4. Tap the network selection:

  5. Toggle the automatic option off.

  6. Select your network, which is provided by Saily.
