How to check if my Saily eSIM is activated?

Your Saily eSIM will be activated instantly after landing if, prior to your trip, you follow the steps on how to activate your Saily eSIM.

 

Here's how to check if your Saily eSIM has been activated:

  • Ensure that Saily eSIM is enabled in your mobile device settings.
  • Check if Data Roaming has been enabled for the eSIM.
  • Either disable Data Roaming of your primary SIM or deactivate the primary SIM at all:
    • If your phone supports dual SIMs, you can only disable Data Roaming for your primary SIM.
    • If your phone doesn’t support dual SIMs, deactivate the primary SIM entirely and keep only the Saily eSIM active.
  • (Android only) Check if APN (Access Point Name) is set:
    • If you can see Saily APN present - you should be good to go.
    • If Saily APN is not present - open the Saily application and keep it open for up to 5 minutes. This will automatically configure your APN settings.
