How does the delay lounge pass work?
If your flight is delayed two or more hours, you can relax in our partner airport lounges. Just contact our support team and send your flight details and boarding pass (the name on your boarding pass needs to match your account info). Once verified, you’ll get a lounge pass to use while you wait. Available at select airports only.
How many lounges and fast-track accesses does the Saily Ultra plan include?
The Saily Ultra plan includes one airport lounge pass and one fast-track pass per month. If you don’t use them right away, they roll over and accumulate for up to three months. For example, if you keep your Ultra subscription active for three consecutive months without using these perks, you’ll have three lounge passes and three fast-track passes available to use in the same month.
How can I claim the fast-track access?
To claim your fast-track access, simply select a fast-track service for an airport from our list of fast-track destinations at least 24 hours before you arrive at the airport. This ensures your pass is activated and ready to use when you get to the airport, helping you skip the regular security lines smoothly. If you contact us less than 24 hours before your arrival, we unfortunately can’t guarantee you access to the lounge.
