After purchasing Saily eSIM, you need to take a few steps for it to activate automatically. Follow the steps below to ensure you’re connected to the internet when you reach your destination:
- Make sure you have an internet connection available
- Install the eSIM on your device
- Enable roaming on your device
Once you're done with the steps mentioned above, Saily's eSIM will activate automatically once you reach your destination.
If your plan did not activate:
- Ensure that Saily eSIM is enabled in your mobile device settings.
- Check if APN (Access Point Name) is set.
- If you can see Saily APN present - you should be good to go.
- If Saily APN is not present - open the Saily application and keep it open for up to 5 minutes. This will automatically configure your APN settings (Android only).
Please note that once the service is activated, there is no option to pause it while it is functional.
