How to find a country or city
- Go to the All Destinations Saily website page, or open the Saily app and tap Explore Plans.
- Select the country you are traveling to.
- Choose your plan and continue to checkout.
Plans are listed by country, not by city. To find a city, search for its country.
What islands and territories does Saily cover?
The plan usually covers islands as part of their country. Some islands are different, so check this table before you travel.

If service is inconsistent in the Galapagos Islands, try selecting Movistar or Otecel manually in your phone's network settings.
Country, regional, and global Saily plans
- Country plans cover one destination.
- Regional plans cover several countries in one plan. Each regional plan covers only the countries in its own list, so check the list before you buy. Learn more about regional plans.
- Global plans (Ultra) cover 121 destinations, including the US, Canada, Spain, Italy, Japan, Indonesia, Brazil, South Africa, and Australia. See the Global plan.
Phone number calls and SMS
The Saily phone number lets you make calls and send SMS in the countries listed in our phone number article. Calls are not available in every destination where you can use data. Learn about the Saily phone number.
