What is Saily Auto Top-Up?

Top-up helps you avoid running out of data unexpectedly. It is available for your current plan and appears on the eSIM screen between Add data and Get number / Add min./SMS, right under your current plan.


 

Top-up options

Top-up offers the following options:

• Top-up now – a one-time purchase of a plan similar to your initial plan, using the payment details from your initial plan payment. On the Home screen, it is shown combined with the initial plan. In Profile → My Plans, it appears as a separate plan.
• Auto top-up – a recurring option that automatically renews your data plan once you use it up.

Which options are shown depends on the status of your initial plan: [insert availability logic per initial plan status from the PrintScreen].

NOTE: If you have purchased a plan partially by using credits or a discount code, the automatic top-up will be full price.

Using Top-up now

1. Open the Saily application eSIMs tab.
2. Select the location where you would like to use this functionality by sliding left or right:

4. Select Top-up now and confirm the purchase:

Enabling Auto Top-up

To enable Auto Top-up for the preferred plan, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Saily application eSIMs tab.
2. Select the eSIM where you would like to use Top-Up.
3. Tap the Top-up button:
   
    
    
4. Select Auto top-up and choose which plan to enable the functionality for:
   
   
    
5. Choose whether you want Auto top-up to run once or every time you run out of data. Then tap Save.
6. Confirm by tapping Top-up.

After the loading screen, the green dot on the Top-up button will indicate that Auto top-up is active. 

Disabling Auto Top-up

To disable Auto Top-up, follow these steps:

1. Open the Saily application eSIMs tab.
2. Tap the Top-up button.
3. Confirm the cancellation by pressing Cancel auto top-up.

Once it finishes loading, the Top-up button should no longer show a green dot.

Auto top-up notifications

You will receive a push notification each time an Auto top-up succeeds or fails.
