Can I reinstall an eSIM?

Most eSIM plans are for a single device and cannot be installed on more than one at the same time.

However, with Saily, you can reinstall your eSIM and even use it on a different device as long as you are using the same email address to log in to our application.

 

How to reinstall an eSIM for iOS?

  1. Go to your device Settings:
  2. Press on the Mobile Service:

  3. Click on your eSIM:

  4. Press Delete eSIM:

  5. Click Update Contacts on the next pop-ups:

  6. Once it's done, go back to the Saily app > eSIMs and select Install eSIM:

    In case you are unable to install eSIM, please reinstall the Saily app.
     

How to reinstall an eSIM for Android?

  1. Go to your device Settings.
  2. Press on the Connections:

  3. Select the SIM manager:

  4. Tap on your selected eSIM:

  5. Press Remove eSIM:

  6. Once it's done, go back to the Saily app -> eSIMs and select install eSIM:

    In case you are unable to install eSIM, please reinstall the Saily app.
