Most eSIM plans are for a single device and cannot be installed on more than one at the same time.
However, with Saily, you can reinstall your eSIM and even use it on a different device as long as you are using the same email address to log in to our application.
How to reinstall an eSIM for iOS?
- Go to your device Settings:
- Press on the Mobile Service:
- Click on your eSIM:
- Press Delete eSIM:
- Click Update Contacts on the next pop-ups:
- Once it's done, go back to the Saily app > eSIMs and select Install eSIM:
In case you are unable to install eSIM, please reinstall the Saily app.
How to reinstall an eSIM for Android?
- Go to your device Settings.
- Press on the Connections:
- Select the SIM manager:
- Tap on your selected eSIM:
- Press Remove eSIM:
- Once it's done, go back to the Saily app -> eSIMs and select install eSIM:
In case you are unable to install eSIM, please reinstall the Saily app.
