What is Saily's refund policy?

In this article, we will cover the key information of Saily's refund policy. 

 

Refunds for Non-Activated Data Plans

If the eSIM you have purchased has not been installed or the Data Plan has not been activated, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. 

 

Refunds for Minimally Used Data Plans or Activated Data Plans

If you have installed the eSIM and activated the Data Plan, Saily will consider it as used, therefore, a full refund cannot be guaranteed. That being said, a partial or a full refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You were unable to use much of the data due to quality issues related to Saily.
  • The Data Plan has been activated, but the data remains mostly unused (>99% of the Data Plan left).

Saily Experiences cancellation

If you wish to cancel your Saily Experience, please contact our customer support team and provide your booking reference (6-symbol code consisting of numbers and letters) with your request for your inquiry to be resolved faster.
