Will iMessage/WhatsApp work with an eSIM?

Will WhatsApp work with an eSIM?

Yes, you can use WhatsApp on your personal device without any trouble, as it doesn't need a phone number. The phone number is required only for one-time verification. After that, WhatsApp takes only an Internet connection to work, so even if you remove the SIM card from your phone or change the SIM card in your phone, you will still be able to use WhatsApp created using your old number.

Will iMessage work with an eSIM?

Yes , there is no need to worry. You can completely use iMessage on your iOS device without any trouble.
