If you encounter any difficulties with the Saily application and setup, our Customer Support Team may request a screenshot of the issue or specific parameters to assist in troubleshooting. Below, you'll find tutorials demonstrating how to capture screenshots on Android and iOS devices:
Android
If your Android has a physical Home button, hold the Home + Volume Down buttons simultaneously. After the confirmation notification, you can find it in your Screenshots folder.
If your Android has no Home button, hold the Power +Volume Down buttons simultaneously. After the confirmation notification, you can find it in your Screenshots folder.
iOS
To take a screenshot on an iPad, iPod touch, or an iPhone 8 and older, follow these steps:
- Open the application or document that you need to screenshot.
- Press the Home + Power buttons at the same time.
- To find the screenshot, head to Photos -> Albums and tap on the Screenshots folder.
To take a screenshot on iPhone X and later that no longer has the Home button:
- Open the application or document that you need to screenshot.
- Press the Power + Volume Up buttons at the same time.
- To find the screenshot, head to Photos -> Albums and tap on the Screenshots folder.
Once you have the screenshot, add it as an attachment to our Customer Support Team.
